As with any mod, it does carry risks, but I haven't heard of anyone making a Wii brick in a long time. Region free.wad's are probably better for you, unless your comfortable with installing priiloader. Sing out if you need help getting them to work and I can point you in the right direction.

You either need to use or make the.wad region free, or set your wii channels to system free via priiloader or similar. I say that because they DO work on a PAL system. Can you help?
